Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referral to be seen at your office?
No. You do not need a referral to see a chiropractor. You can schedule directly with our office at any time. You can schedule online, send us a text or give us a call.
Do you take my insurance?
We work with a limited number of insurance plans and also offer out-of-network options.
We accept all auto accident cases and can help verify your benefits. The best way to check your coverage is to call or text us a copy of your insurance card, and we’ll review your specific policy for you.
I don't have insurance or you're out of network-can I still be seen?
Yes, absolutely. Most of our patients use our affordable self-pay options. We offer simple, transparent pricing with no surprises, along with discounted care plans based on your goals. Many patients find this to be easier, more flexible, and more cost-effective than using insurance.
How much does it cost?
Our self-pay visits are all-inclusive. That means your adjustment, extremity work, soft tissue therapy, and exercises for that visit are included.Exams, re-exams, Insight scans, and computerized posture assessments are separate, and we always review all costs with you before starting. We offer both pay-as-you-go visits and discounted care plans.
Contact our office for specific pricing details or text us "VIP" for current offers.
Will insurance cover my care?
Insurance coverage for chiropractic care depends on your specific policy, not just your insurance company. Most plans only cover care if it meets strict “medical necessity” requirements. Many do not cover exams, posture assessments, therapies, or adjustments to areas outside the spine (like shoulders, wrists, hips, or ankles), even though these are part of proper care.In many cases, high deductibles and copays mean patients end up paying more through insurance than they would with our self-pay options. We always review both options with you so you can choose what makes the most sense.
Why do many patients choose to self-pay?
With today’s insurance plans, deductibles and copays are often very high. On top of that, insurance frequently limits what care is covered.Because of this, many patients find that self-pay is actually more affordable, gives them better care, and removes the restrictions insurance places on their treatment.
I have Medicare-what are my costs?
We work with Medicare and some Medicare Advantage and supplemental plans, but Medicare has very strict limitations. We’re happy to walk you through exactly what is and isn’t covered. Just call or text our office and we’ll send you a full breakdown.
