Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a referral to be seen at your office?

No, you do not need a referral to see a Doctor of Chiropractic.

Do you take my insurance?

We work both in and out of network with many insurance companies. We work with all auto insurance providers and many major insurance providers. To verify your insurance coverage please contact us.

I don't have insurance or your office is out of network can I still be seen?

Yes!  Don't worry, we got your back! We have affordable payment options available to all our patients. We even offer care plans or packages with discounts based on the doctors recommendations and your goals.

How much does it cost?

Our self-pay adjustment fees are all-inclusive, covering extremity adjusting, soft tissue work, adjustments, and therapeutic exercises on that day. Additional fees apply for examinations, re-examinations, Insight scans, and computerized posture assessments but we review all costs prior to all additional  services.
We offer pay-as-you-go rates for those who prefer to pay per visit without committing to a package and for patients looking to save while staying on track with their health goals, we also provide package options with discounts available .

Contact our office for specific pricing details!

Will insurance cover my care?

Insurance may cover chiropractic care (in or out of network) if it meets your policy’s rules, like medical necessity or covered services.
Some insurance plans limit how many services you can get in one visit or may not cover things like exams (even though they’re required), soft tissue work, or extremity adjustments (hands, feet, shoulders, etc.) or may  have additional annual limits, but we’re happy to check your plan for you.

In some cases, deductibles and copays may cost more than our self-pay fees, but we’ll review all your options to help you decide what’s best.

I have Medicare what are my costs?

While we work with Medicare and some Medicare replacement and supplemental plans, Medicare only covers spinal adjustments .

Medicare requires an exam to diagnose a spinal subluxation, but it does not cover the exam fee; these fees are set by Medicare and are your responsibility.

Medicare also does not cover scans, posture assessments, or additional therapies like tissue regeneration therapy, traction, or adjustments to extremities (wrists, ankles, etc.).

We have an explanation email that breaks down what Medicare covers, so just call our office, and we’ll be happy to send it to you!
